Anti-Terrorist U.S. Visa-Screening Program Not Deployed in Saudi Arabia--Home of 15 9/11 Hijackers

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency’s Visa Security Program (VSP), created to prevent terrorists from obtaining visas to enter the United States, is not being employed at 11 of the 20  "highest risk"  visa-issuing overseas posts, according to federal auditors. One of the 11 "highest risk" locations where the program is not being used is Saudi Arabia--home of al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden and 15 of the 19 9/11 hijackers.
