BLM employee pleads guilty to threatening to kill co-workers
A federal Bureau of Land Management engineer pleaded guilty Tuesday to a federal charge after authorities said he threatened to kill a fellow employee at the bureau’s Amarillo office, federal court records said. A sentencing date was not set. Peter J. Madrid III, 38, of Albuquerque, N.M., pleaded guilty Tuesday in Amarillo’s U.S. District Court to one count of making a threat against a federal employee.
