It’s not every day the California Highway Patrol has to make a traffic stop on the Easter Bunny. But that’s exactly what happened on one Southland highway early Saturday morning. Brian Pennings, a public information officer for the CHP in East County, told CBSLA that an officer was on routine patrol on Interstate 8 when he observed a man dressed up as a giant rabbit on a motorcycle traveling down the highway near San Diego.
