            Whoever Benny Peiser is he and I would likely toast without pretension.

            I have read Dr. Peiser for several years in his war against the global warmists. In these days of acceleration of their unzipped and exposed nonsense, his obvious delight cannot be disguised. He is enjoying narrating their stuttering, defensive retreat.

He is taking no prisoners.

In recent months, he has chronicled the debacle created by the global forces when they declared, in the most elegant of Anglican spoken condescension, jolly old England was going to endure the driest winter on record. That declaration was predicated on the need to seek some explanation for the expanding Arctic ice pack, and, of course, a human blame society (HBS) weather lackey defiantly declared it was totally the fault of human recklessness.

The score is in. England has likely endured the wettest winter in history.

What is more, the pension building HBS valve turners have aided the cause, turned the spigots on, and drained the reservoirs into the lowlands rather than the sea. They were worried that some endangered organism that was going to die from the pending drought. When the reservoirs refilled from unceasing rains, the uncontrolled overflow spread to the saturated lowlands and the ability of the countryside to mitigate flooding was minimized. Tragedy was the result, and a matter of supply and demand quickly ensued. There weren’t enough life jackets to go around to save all the Queen’s subjects!

There is not yet word how the endangered fungi or flower fared. Perhaps they are as resilient as their ancestors and can tread water indefinitely, but Bennie … is grinning.

The HBS cost to society

Where should we start?

Since Ukraine is making news why not start there? If the HBS mission demands to choke off all expansion of nuclear energy and carbon sourced fuel had not erased three decades of step wise investments toward enhanced energy sourcing and distribution, the flow of Russian natural gas into the European Union would not be so critical. Bennie has documented the Russian action wasn’t a spur of the moment decision. Their actions stem from a May, 2008 Kremlin security document outlining their plan of attack. The entire plan has been to elevate a modern reawakening of a Soviet style reign of energy imperialism.

Europe has taken the bait and has put its collective populations in peril. England itself is killing more folks because of scarce and expensive energy related freezing deaths than natural heat related deaths by a wide margin. Anti-fracking paranoia has dominated the thinking of their HBS purchased politicos just as it has in most of the rest of the western world.

As such, the Russian move on Ukrainian sovereignty is becoming strategically successful.

The world stands in jeopardy as a result of imbecilic European leadership. Meanwhile, the nonpolitical, productive global conformists must now endure and endeavor to overcome the consequences. The cost is unfathomable, and the outcome is far from determined. We have been put in a terrible predicament because of the HBS influences.

What are other serious symptoms?

The GMO (genetically modified organism) debate is one of the most glaring. That whole debate long ago became tedious. That tedium is not that 98% of EVERYTHING we eat is genetically modified in some manner, it is the tolerance we extend the subchapters of HBS hordes who have taken up its cause. Facts don’t matter.

When did we read a story that disclosed that American farmers alone have substantially slowed tropical deforestation because of their amazing productivity stemming from ingenuity and the use of practices that enhance world stockpiles of foodstuffs? The use of GMO varieties is a weapon of central importance in that arsenal of practices.

With the rate of climb to feed billions more souls shortly, the application of production enhancements better not falter. If anything, the use of GMO advances must accelerate.

How about the use of manufactured fertilizers? That is a favored HBS assault target. What the public should be told is absent. To replace current nitrogen inputs, an estimated minimum of 900,000,000 more cows would be needed. The green brigade would have a conniption fit over that, but it wouldn’t just be the flatulence and animal rights issues that would strike them blind. They would become comatose when the staggering amounts of land required for their existence was disclosed.

And, then there is the drought in the American West.

A name for the drought is order. It should be entitled the “‘HBS drought’ of major consequences”. This HBS induced drought certainly stems from the reduced harvest of rainwater, but, more importantly, it is a drought of infrastructure starvation and HBS management. When Boeing began building the 747, they didn’t insist that fuel tanks from obsolete DC-3s be used. Each successive increase in size of aircraft platform has always been matched with commensurate increase in fuel storage.

Long ago, irrigated agriculture was separated from the simple premise of increasing production as a function of increasing inputs. On the contrary, increasing production has been arrayed with static or decreasing inputs with water being the hallmark input. Moreover, the agriculturist has been made into a villain by the HBS mobs. His use of water has been remanufactured and reformatted into misdeeds. Any rightful or preferential use of the resource, regardless of original intent and foundational benefit to society, is condemned and vilified. He is slandered and condemned.

In time, though, truth and reality will, hopefully, prevail. Droughts are nothing more than analogous bodies of water over flown by airplanes. If society demands heavy loads to be ferried over distances without safe harbors, larger fuel tanks must be affixed to the airframe. Farming is no different. Free and independent men can create water supplies and build sourcing infrastructure of grand scale. Today, just like biblical times, drought can be tolerated and minimized, production can increase, and, as a whole, the entire system benefits.

The problem is … HBS membership despises free and independent men.

Who’da thunk that a securities analyst could learn to correlate trades with weather patterns? Jeff Saut does just that and one of his recent reviews is fascinating.

We have all recognized the hypocrisy of the evolution of the global warmists’ mission statement. No longer broadcasting ‘global warming’, their byline has become ‘climate change’.

You have to admire their gall.

Any movement of any weather pattern shift is now a handy tool for HBS blame. Cooling, warming, hurricanes, snow, sleet, rain, ocean temperatures, song bird patterns, gale force winds, fish farting out of rhythm, or inversions holding sewage plant odor within our populated valleys have all become fair targets for their grant studies and resulting landmark demands.

Some time ago, Jeff began to be intrigued with something that started affecting weather patterns in a bizarre manner in March or April, 2010. He traced the phenomenon to the eruption of the Icelandic volcano, Eyjafjallajökull (yea, you pronounce it!). It seems that the conservatively estimated 330,000,000 cubic yards of debris and toxic chemicals blown into the atmosphere caused more than the closure of numbers of European airports for five consecutive days.

The barrage of toxins and particulates have disrupted the Hadley cell winds and their polar shifts are now pumping warm equatorial winds toward polar extremities where they are cooled only to drop back into the atmosphere to disrupt all kinds of patterns. Jeff believes they are the reason that extreme weather now reaches 10% of all active patterns rather than the .1-.2% that dominated the three decades preceding the monumental natural eruption.

He believes so strongly in this manifestation that he seeks stock opportunities that emerge from weather related calamities. He knows the HBS crews will be magnifying the political fallout and thus the societal over reactions.

The deadly green cocktail

In a letter to the European leadership, a leading chemical magnate has warned that Europe will not have a chemical industry in ten years. The combination of high energy costs, inflated green taxes, escalating feedstock prices, and “leisure” induced labor forces are destroying its competitiveness and the entire industry. His analogy makes reference to the already departed textiles segment of the continent.

The rest of the western world faces the same tyrannical forces.

The immensity of the eruption of Eyjafjallajökull is exceeded only by the monumental make believe social engineering world we have allowed to dominate us. The green cocktail our leadership has been drinking is beyond tedious and revolting. We had better get our act together, or … we should start learning to speak Russian and Mandarin Chinese.
