Note to Readers: Surgery tomorrow

 I have to be in El Paso tomorrow a.m. to have my baclofen pump replaced. The pump is inserted in the belly area and delivers the baclofen, via a catheter, straight to the spinal cord. This way the baclofen bypasses major organs, such as the liver, where it can do damage. Each pump lasts for five years, and mine expires in November.  I have a sneaking feeling this may slow me down a bit over the next coupla days.
