The Washington Post has two articles on the enerby bill in their Sunday edition: Republicans Detail Aid For Energy Producers and No Home Runs in Energy Bill .

The New York Times also has two articles: Energy Bill Would Let Electric Industry Set Rules for Grid and Energy Bill Could Upend Suits Filed Over a Gas Additive.

The bill does include Eminent Domain language for rights of way, which I will post later.
