Hunting of large game with firearms prohibited in Fannin units Hunters are now prohibited from using firearms to hunt large game in the Fannin units of the Caddo National Grasslands, according to an order signed by Forest Supervisor Fred Salinas. The order allows bow hunting for whitetail deer and feral hogs and no larger than No. 4 shot for small game.
