Radio Free NJ got whupped several times in a row by his daughter, playing the game of monopoly. Then he had a thought: how would the game of monopoly look if it were designed under today's rules?

Wonder if he got the permission of the copyright and trademark holder at Parker Brothers before appropriating their symbol for more than personal use (widesrpead distribution via internet probably violates "fair use." Not all property siezures involve the government. Only wish people were as concerned about intellectual property as they were real property.
It was just a bit of fun... there isn't even any Ad revenue being generated... so lighten up Francis.
The idea behind property is that the owner should decide when and how his or her property is to be used. Appropriation is appropriation whether for fun or profit...not that the two are mutually exclusive.
Check out the judicial precedents protecting editorial cartooning...especially as applied during the ludicrous case brought by a certain commercial entity aginst a Seattle newspaper and a mimic-comedian in 1985. I'd say this page's content clearly qualifies as both editorial and comedic in its use of Parker Brothers' well-known symbol. It's called free speech -- get used to it, my fellow Anonym.
