APHIS Adds More Public Meeting Dates to Discuss NAIS
USDA's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has added six dates to their public meeting schedule to discuss stakeholder concerns related to the implementation of the National Animal Identification System (NAIS). The meetings will be held in Jefferson City, Mo. (June 9), Rapid City, S.D. (June 11), Albuquerque, N.M. (June 16), Riverside, Calif. (June 18), Raleigh, N.C. (June 25), and Jasper, Fla. (June 27) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
