New Jersey Town Maintained Marijuana in Flower Baskets on High Street
Marijuana plants were found growing in hanging flower baskets maintained by a New Jersey town, NewJerseyNewsroom.com reported. The two plants were discovered by a person walking through the arts district on High Street in Millville, a town about an hour from Atlantic City. They were sticking up above several other pink and white flowers, the Press of Atlantic City reported. The seasonal baskets are maintained by the Millville's Parks and recreation Department. Police officers removed the plants, while local citizens questioned why they were growing there. "I love flowers, right," Pam Elliott told the Press of Atlantic City. "We watch the guys every day faithfully come out and water and fertilize every basket."...FoxNews
