DuBois is a former legislative assistant to a U.S. Senator, a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Interior, and is the founder of the DuBois Rodeo Scholarship.

Money for Klamath dam removal included in California water bill

A massive water bill approved by the California legislature includes $250 million dollars for removing four private dams on the Klamath River. That amount represents the bulk of California's tab for a multiparty agreement to tear out the dams to improve conditions for federally protected fish...read more
