DuBois is a former legislative assistant to a U.S. Senator, a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Interior, and is the founder of the DuBois Rodeo Scholarship.

Dairy & beef farmers' stories in new anthology
"True Cow Tales: Literary Sketches and Stories by Farmers, Ranchers, and Dairy Princesses", published by Dog Ear Publishing and edited by C.R. Lindemer, has been released.
