Judge upholds Badger-Two Medicine travel ban
A federal judge in Great Falls has kept in place a ban on motorized travel in the Rocky Mountain Front's Badger-Two Medicine region while a lawsuit on the issue moves forward. The U.S. Forest Service implemented the ban in October as part of a new travel plan. The Montana Trail Vehicle Riders Association and other groups sued over the plan, contending it's unconstitutional.
