Arrests In Killings Of Consulate Worker, 2 Others
In the border city of Ciudad Juarez, authorities said they have made arrests in the killing of an American woman who worked at the U.S. consulate in Ciudad Juarez, her husband and another man married to a Mexican consulate worker. Authorities said they have arrested a gang member who allegedly participated as a lookout in the March 13 killings.
