NM Guard To Be Part Of Border Effort
Action 7 News has learned National Guards members from New Mexico will be part of the ramped up effort to secure the U.S.-Mexico border. The adjutant general for the New Mexico National Guard weighed in on the recent executive order. General Kenny Montoya did not say exactly how many New Mexico Guard members would be headed to the border, just that it will be less than 300.
