DuBois is a former legislative assistant to a U.S. Senator, a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Interior, and is the founder of the DuBois Rodeo Scholarship.

I have pictures of the responnse to the Santa Barbara oil spill in 1969 where they used straw and hay to sop up oil on the beach. I hope we have made some progress in clean up technology in 40 years.
