DuBois is a former legislative assistant to a U.S. Senator, a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Interior, and is the founder of the DuBois Rodeo Scholarship.

Suspected Smugglers Leave Behind Homemade Tire Spikes
Border Patrol Agents working south of Sullivan City seized a load of drugs and some homeade tire spikes. The gents spotted a truck speeding away from the river. They followed the driver who tried to escape into a garage at an abandoned house. A group of men jumped out of the vehicle and fled into the brush. The agents found nearly 600 pounds of marijuana and also a bag of homemade tire spikes in the truck. KRGV-TV
