As the violence in Mexico escalates law enforcement on this side of the border are preparing for what could come this way. "We want to be able to prepare a team that is going to be able address situations throughout the Valley on a moment’s notice," said San Juan Police Sgt. Rolando Garcia. "We want to be able to train everyone the same way,” said Garcia. “We don't want them to come in having three different styles—we want everyone to be on the same page and they know what they're doing."
