Issues of concern to people who live in the west: property rights, water rights, endangered species, livestock grazing, energy production, wilderness and western agriculture. Plus a few items on western history, western literature and the sport of rodeo... Frank DuBois served as the NM Secretary of Agriculture from 1988 to 2003. DuBois is a former legislative assistant to a U.S. Senator, a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Interior, and is the founder of the DuBois Rodeo Scholarship.

8 hours of work: then and now - video
Interesting from an historical perspective and also demonstrates what the government has done to our currency.
It also illustrates a bit about our priviliged life style. The tv in every room, the cable tv, the uber-bass boat and a car for every driving age person in the family. The cell phone for mom, dad and the two and a half kids and on and on.
Kinda makes you feel sorry for those poor cowboys that are chasin' the rodeos without endorsements, livin' on fast food, sleepin' in a Motel 6 (when they're lucky), they're 20 year old wore-out pickup when they're not, and not missing that priviliged life style one bit. Nope, 1975 suits them just fine.
