Albuquerque residents have claimed that at least one giant owl has started eating their small pets. It is currently unknown as to whether there is more than one giant owl, which has been spotted in the foothills of the city. Local resident Cindy Hummel said: "We've seen him three or four times. He's huge. One day when we were walking, he swooped down over my husband's head. He's a huge owl."
