Plus a few items on western history, western literature and the sport of rodeo... Frank DuBois served as the NM Secretary of Agriculture from 1988 to 2003. DuBois is a former legislative assistant to a U.S. Senator, a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Interior, and is the founder of the DuBois Rodeo Scholarship.

Texas to be dropped from Mexican Grey Wolf habitat; Expansion in NM & Az.
The USFWS will publish a new rule this week that drops west Texas from consideration and expands the areas for New Mexico and Arizona. Below is a copy of USFWS' summary of the new rule.

Putting west Texas on the wolf map kind of back-fired on the Evil Empire. Too bad NM and AZ doesn't have the same effect on the trolls.
To many bleeding-heart liberals in metropolitan centers that have the time to participate......either they are retired or are young college students.
