DuBois is a former legislative assistant to a U.S. Senator, a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Interior, and is the founder of the DuBois Rodeo Scholarship.

An elderly gentlemen...
Early one morning, an elderly retired gentleman yelled to his wife.... "Honey....! Come see what I created....! It's an abstract panorama depicting the five years of the Obama presidency!" She yelled back, "Flush the toilet and come eat your breakfast."
