Plus a few items on western history, western literature and the sport of rodeo... Frank DuBois served as the NM Secretary of Agriculture from 1988 to 2003. DuBois is a former legislative assistant to a U.S. Senator, a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Interior, and is the founder of the DuBois Rodeo Scholarship.

AQHA Cloning Lawsuit Update
The American Quarter Horse Association, On December 26, AQHA filed its appellate brief in the cloning lawsuit. We are extremely pleased with the brief and the excellent
work of our legal team, and we look forward to presenting our case to
the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
The appellees’ response, subject to any request for
extension, is due in 30 days. Thereafter, we will have 14 days to file a
reply to appellees’ response.
We will continue to keep you and the membership updated
during the appellate process. Again, thank you for all of your messages
supporting AQHA’s efforts to have the judgment reversed.
