NM Land Commissioner recount ensured

The race for state Land Commissioner had tightened to a 757-vote margin as of Monday, ensuring a recount and possibly another cross-check as well. Republican challenger Aubrey Dunn has remained ahead of Democratic incumbent Ray Powell as counties have turned in their final numbers to the secretary of state.
