Washington County Commissioners have signed a resolution demanding federal cooperation concerning grazing rights on the Dixie National Forest.
The resolution requests the U.S. Forest Service immediately cease any action to limit grazing on DNF.
The action comes about year after the U.S. Forest Service and the Grand Canyon Trust, Inc. began working to gather and analyze data on cattle grazing on the Dixie, Fishlake, and Manti-La Sal National Forests.
