Bundy case continued
The hearing in the case involving Ryan Bundy was rescheduled for a date yet to be determined, according to the the Iron County Justice Court.
Bundy’s attorney, Matt Munson of Cedar City, appeared on Bundy’s behalf on Tuesday and the judge granted a continuance for a later date, according to court records.
Munson said he could not comment on his client’s case while the case is pending.
Ryan Bundy was scheduled to appear for a nuisance charge stemming from 2013.
Bundy, son of Bunkerville rancher Cliven Bundy, said he has property in Cedar City where he keeps a dump truck.
Cliven Bundy became a “political celebrity” because of his April 2014 feud and standoff with the Bureau of Land Management.
