Gun-safety group highlights dangers to New Mexico police

The national group Everytown for Gun Safety is highlighting the toll of gun violence against police officers in New Mexico as the state Legislature considers new regulations to ensure background checks on nearly all private firearms purchases. The advocacy group for universal background checks says it reviewed instances where police were shot and killed since 1987 in New Mexico and found that the majority of shooters were prohibited or likely prohibited by law from purchasing or possessing firearms at the time. Unless you consider the restriction of firearms ownership and sales to be "gun safety," this deceptively named organization, funded by former NYC Mayor and notorious billionaire gun-hater Michael Bloomberg, has repeatedly been characterized by the AP and other NM media sources in recent weeks as a "gun-safety group." It is nothing of the sort.

The word SHALL imposes a legal obligation to do, an order, a command.
IE: "....the right to keep and bear arms SHALL not be infringed".
When used in the sentence above with other commanding words such as "RIGHT" "NOT , "INFRINGED", then no part of this inalienable right can be hard to understand.
Unless one is a complete idiot, traitor, or has some other agenda they think is better then the U.S. Constitution and it's Bill of Rights.
