Entire town in Oregon for sale for $3.85 million

A small town in southern Oregon with more than 250 acres of land is for sale for about $3 million. Garrett Zoller listed the town of Tiller, including 256 acres of land, seven homes and a mile of river for $3.85 million on real estate listing site LandLeader. "The new owners will find unique opportunities with a wide variety of different zonings along the South Umpqua River," the listing states. "Tiller is surrounded by Umpqua National Forest and Bureau of Land Management lands. Oregon State Highway 227, known as the historic Tiller Trail Highway, passes through the properties and connects Interstate 5 and State Highway 62.
