Entire town in Oregon for sale for $3.85 million

A small town in southern Oregon with more than 250 acres of land is for sale for about $3 million. Garrett Zoller listed the town of Tiller, including 256 acres of land, seven homes and a mile of river for $3.85 million on real estate listing site LandLeader.
