Judge grants fed's extension request in land dispute
A federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas has granted a request by the U.S. Department of Justice to push back key dates in a dispute between Texas landowners and the Bureau of Land Management.
Judge Reed O'Connor filed his order Wednesday, in which he also denied a request by plaintiffs' attorney for a hearing on their motion for summary judgment.
