Rand Paul reveals INFURIATING details in ‘terrible, no good, rotten deficit spending bill’
At least one senator tried to read the bill before the vote. Twitchy highlighted these tweets from Senator Rand Paul as he read the bill:
The Senator gave up at 600 pages and quit tweeting on the night before the vote.

Each page should be posted online for 30 days before voting... give the public a chance to view and contact their representatives.
...if that causes the gov't to shut down temporarily ...think of all that time they get paid and not work.
And how many senators are there ...about 400 plus...???
....in the time that it took Rand Paul to read 600 pages, the rest of the senators could have evenly distributed the bill amongst themselves ....which would have been about 5 pages apiece.
