Republican-led House panel orders interviews with Pruitt aides at EPA
A Republican-led House of Representatives committee wrote to Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt on Friday to demand interviews with five top aides, including his security chief. The letter from Representative Trey Gowdy, chairman of the House oversight panel, ordered the agency to make appointments for the aides for interviews by April 27.
It also asked for a wide range of documents related to the EPA administrator’s travel and security arrangements, following written requests for other material earlier this week and in February.
