But this appears to be a well-coordinated attack on the Trump presidency, timed to have the maximum impact on the midterm elections, A turnover in the House of Representatives would have a devastating impact on Trump's deregulation agenda and remove any chance of amending the environmental laws wreaking havoc on property owners, especially ag producers.
