Let's see if Mad Dog Mattis will use the Active Denial non lethal system of mob deterrence to stop the storming of our border. The nodding heads are saying "are you going to shoot them to stop them?" With this safe system shooting will not be necessary, but it will change the mind of anyone wishing to cross the border without a proper clearance. The libs will cry torture, they will cry what about the children, they will cry it will cause cancer all of which is baloney as expected from that crowd.
