Plus a few items on western history, western literature and the sport of rodeo... Frank DuBois served as the NM Secretary of Agriculture from 1988 to 2003. DuBois is a former legislative assistant to a U.S. Senator, a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Interior, and is the founder of the DuBois Rodeo Scholarship.

Iran shoots down US drone

Drone down: Iran says it shot down an approaching US spy drone on Thursday. The US says the drone was flying in international airspace over the Strait of Hormuz.
Escalating tensions: The move is likely to increase friction between Washington and Tehran. Trump announced Monday he would send 1,000 more troops to the Middle East. And last week, US officials blamed Iran for attacks on two oil tankers.
