200,683-Acre Ranch With Estate Once Owned by Mrs. Fields Cookies Founder Is On The Market For $45 Million

Anyone with $45 million could buy a sprawling ranch in northern Utah that stretches across four counties. Once home to Debbi Fields of Mrs. Fields Cookies fame, the property on 200,683 acres is being sold as a turnkey operation complete with homes, furnishings, ranch equipment and machinery, cattle, grazing permits, water rights, trophy elk hunting rights and mineral rights. Touted as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own a piece of the American West, River View Ranch is listed by Kerry Oman and Thomas Wright of Summit Sotheby's International Realty. “It’s just an incredible opportunity for somebody,” said Oman. “These large tracts of land rarely come up for sale.” The ranch gets its name from the Woodland, Utah estate where the 17,000-square-foot European-style manor sits on a bluff overlooking the Provo River, about 30 minutes from Park City, Utah. Winter rangeland near Vernon, Utah encompasses about 50,000 acres. The total deeded acreage of the ranch is 41,237 acres. In addition to the 10 bedrooms, the Woodland estate includes 14 bathrooms, 11 fireplaces, three family rooms, a large gourmet kitchen, formal dining room with woodwork imported from Europe, a great room with walls and ceilings covered in black walnut, an office with teak and walnut woodwork and a basement where one can unwind in the sauna, shoot pool or cozy up to the bar that was imported from Scotland. The ranch headquarters in Grouse Creek, Utah includes three homes, a bunk house, a large shop used for equipment and storage, hay barns, a livestock barn, tack room and corrals. They are still trying, unsuccessfully, to compete with the Cattle Kingdoms Triumvirate of Corona, Claunch & Cedarvale. This Utah home would barely suffice as a bunkhouse in Triple C country.

Now that's funny Frank!! Triple C Country will undoubtedly see an uptick in tourism at this point!

LMAO! FRANK let us not forget those north east spots -- not as swanky as Claunch but close like Blind gap or Pasamonte! They would not have a shack like that on the place!! LOL
