Australian vegan is offended by the smell of her neighbors' barbecue. So she took them to court.
A vegan who lives in the suburbs of the Australian city of Perth is suing both of her next door neighbors over noise complaints, cigarette smoke complaints, and accusations that they grill fish just to annoy her. After having her case thrown out in a lower court, Carden took it before the Supreme Court of the state of Western Australia — which also ruled against her.
