California ranch bigger than San Francisco on the market for $72M

A California ranch larger than the entire city of San Francisco is on the market for the first time since the 1930s. The $72 million N3 Cattle Company property includes about 50,500 acres across four counties. It’s the largest single land offering in the state, according to the listing with Todd Renfrew of California Outdoor Properties. This working ranch includes five corrals and can accommodate 650 cow/calf pairs year-round, 1,500 pairs seasonally or 3,200 stockers seasonally, according to the listing. There are also a horse barn, hay barn and two workshops. The property includes 200 miles of private roads that the brokers said could be used for hiking, trail running, mountain biking and ATVing. There are also 14 hunting camps spread across the property, each with cabins, water, propane and skinning sheds. The property’s main residence is a four-bedroom home.
