The $72 million N3 Cattle Company property includes about 50,500 acres across four counties. It’s the largest single land offering in the state, according to the listing with Todd Renfrew of California Outdoor Properties. This working ranch includes five corrals and can accommodate 650 cow/calf pairs year-round, 1,500 pairs seasonally or 3,200 stockers seasonally, according to the listing. There are also a horse barn, hay barn and two workshops.
The property includes 200 miles of private roads that the brokers said could be used for hiking, trail running, mountain biking and ATVing.
