New Mexico Finds Money to Teach Eco-Left Agenda to Children During Massive Budget Deficit
It’s no secret New Mexico is facing a massive
budget deficit that will force the Legislature into a special session
sometime in June. However, it looks like the priorities of the eco-left aren’t
on the chopping block. The state Economic Development Department put out a public notice
earlier this week letting everyone know they have money to spare. The
state is looking for local governments or non-profits to apply for the
new “Outdoor Equity Fund.” Taxpayer-funded awards between $1,500 and
$15,000 will go to applicants who find the best way to teach children
about “climate change and the environment as part of an outdoor
