100+ homes, buildings destroyed by fires in Solano, Napa, Sonoma counties

Wildfires burning in four Northern California counties have destroyed homes and prompted evacuations, officials said Wednesday. The fires, called the LNU Lightning Complex, were ignited Tuesday night by lightning strikes in Napa and Sonoma counties. Then overnight, the fires moved into Solano County, burning dozens of homes and prompting urgent evacuations. The complex fire has consumed 124,100 acres with zero containment, as of Wednesday night, Cal Fire said. The complex is made up of at least seven different wildfires burning near each other, including the Hennessey, Morgan, Walbridge and Spanish fires. Four people have been injured from the LNU Lightning Complex, Cal Fire said. About 105 structures were destroyed while another 70 were damaged. Cal Fire said another 25,000 structures are threatened.
