Weary
SNAKES
Wary
By Stephen L. Wilmeth
The past
several days have revealed the presence of a parallel universe.
As American
citizens, this theme has become not just an occasional reference, but a growing
awareness. Things that we have taken for granted are coming apart at the seams.
In our
lives, the expanse of the everyday world has obviously been defined and
limited. Apparently, naivete has been our byline for too long. What is coming
into focus is a world that is more sinister and manipulated than ever imagined.
A
comparison is the current emergence of snakes from the darkness of their
drought-stricken dens into the sunlight of the departing monsoonal rains.
During our recent cow work that included 2-4 snakes a day. A better visual
reference is the tally of a single day’s encounters.
Whether human or vipers, … too many
of them are just plain dangerous.

The memory
of another president’s (the Georgia peanut farmer) suggestion that the United
Nations should have observers in place in American election was embarrassment
to most of us. How dare a toothy socialist suggest American elections are
crooked!
What has transpired
since, though, gives that old goober picker a mark for either clairvoyance or honest
appraisal of entrenched political hooliganism. What seems too bizarre to
fathom, though, is that, aside from Florida, only heartland states care enough
to do something about the openly corrupt practice of allowing current,
imagined, and or departed world citizenry to vote on how American taxes will be
divvied up and shared.
We are
weary of the indefensible tyranny of the communists that espouse uncontrolled
voting.
Those of us
who actually live on the border and experience blatant open borders policies firsthand
know the truth about the danger of welcoming the current year and continuous
flow of 2,000,000 illegal voters. The democrats have lost all pretense of
camouflaging their mission while only one border governor along with critical
mass of conservative citizenry of another state are moxie or brave enough to
defend this border! The rest are fully complicit in the business of chaos and
ruin.
We are
weary of the blatant disregard of sworn Constitutional duties of the defense of
our American border!
The great
American Vax charade makes absolutely no sense to those of us who are
restricted to the use of herbicides, insecticides, preventive vaccines, and
viable livestock treatment solutions that are labeled with the avoidance and
the precaution against resistance. Our veterinarian friends and trusted
practitioners remain flabbergasted at the cavalier demand of injecting every
human object with experimental chemicals. They are further aghast at
withholding data of the wholesale assault on a once naturally protected
population.
We are
weary of the known, unknown, or hidden agenda that is being foisted on an
increasingly vulnerable populous.
The fiscal
insanity of the American Congress is indefensible. There are absolutely no
elected officed holders who have read or crafted a word that goes into these
behemoth legislative packages. Shame on anybody who would vote yes on a
2700-word colossus! The creators and conceptual bandits that compile these
works of chaos are the staffers, the NGO handlers, and the campaign grifters
who depend on Washington (and state capitals) for their kingdom proliferation.
We are weary of these entrenched office holders who have come to think the national checkbook is an endless fountain of money.”these trough suckers with no adult oversite visionaries who have recited an oath of office without their fingers being crossed.
Of course, we could go on and fill
a document of similar proportions to the insanity of these legislative ensembles
from hell, but there is no leader at the controls who could or would alter this
collision course with calamity. Only the mob persists.
Like a
burro in a hailstorm … there is no protection for the American citizenry.

The retreat
and midnight surrender of Afghanistan is symbolic of the distrust that Washington
has created and spread across our land and our psyche. In the undeclared war
that became the most expensive war in history, Americans are left holding …
nothing.
The
question of whether this war was worth the squandering of lives and treasury
offers no basis for answer. What is there to compare? What is there to measure
when nothing is the persistent multiplier?
Trust
doesn’t exist.
Then, there
is the growing indicator that even the joint chiefs have fraternized with the
enemy by signaling their complicit undermining of the former president. All is
lost if even the most basic loyalties are divided or purposely abused.
What these
people are missing is that their make-believe world, a cultured and created existence,
has a shelf life that is not infinite. Like a moth to a flame their actions
cannot persist without ultimate danger to not just themselves, but to all of us.
On a recent
evening stop at a neighbor’s, these two subjects were discussed.
Beginning
with the formalities of talking about grass growth and the problems with liver
abscesses in feeding Holstein/Angus crossed calves, the denizens of the deep
became the featured topic. Indeed, snakes of all persuasions are an issue of
general agreement.
Those we
are currently encountering daily certainly are a problem. We aren’t necessarily
paranoid about them, but we don’t like ‘em, either. We deal with them and then
play for time knowing cold weather will halt their above ground activities. They
will then slither back into the dank holes in the ground and out of our lives.
It is the
dens of the Washington and coastal elites that are the more persistent threat
to our existence. They are the real danger to our constitutional beliefs and
our way of life. They are the ones that won’t disappear when the snow flies so
paranoia will persist.
Wary is
simply the nicest word that seems to fit.
