Bill and Hillary Clinton stayed at Jeffrey Epstein's notorious 'baby-making ranch' almost every year after they left the White House, according to the disgraced financier's estate manager. The former president was Epstein's closest 'celebrity mate' and the Clintons, along with daughter Chelsea, visited Zorro Ranch 'a whole bunch of times', a former contractor who ran the IT system at the property told DailyMailTV in an exclusive interview. The family visited the 10,000-acre estate in the New Mexico desert often, but never stayed in the main house. Instead, the Clinton family bunked down in a special cowboy-themed village created by Epstein, which is a mile south of his own luxury mountaintop villa. They'd use one of the two guest houses, which look like they're straight out of the 19th century. Seen in exclusive DailyMailTV images, the guest homes are next to other traditional Wild West-style buildings such as an old schoolhouse and saloon bar. An American flag is raised high above the village, which is next door to Epstein's private airstrip, where he arrived on his private planes, including his infamous 'Lolita Express'. New Mexico Seizes State-Owned Land From Epstein’s ‘Zorro Ranch’ Estate

New Mexico officials are seizing control of state-owned land from the property of deceased sex offender and pedophile Jeffrey Epstein — land they believe he used to create a protective buffer while he and co-conspirators committed alleged sex crimes at his Zorro Ranch in Santa Fe County. New Mexico State Land Commissioner Stephanie Garcia Richard said a letter canceling the state-property leases has been sent to Cypress Inc., a company owned by Epstein and listed as the owner of the ranch. Garcia Richard said the state land was actually used to shield Epstein and others in his circle while committing salacious acts on the 8,000-acre luxury property. The land will now be confiscated and put to proper use. “In our notification to Cypress, I’ve cited three reasons for canceling the grazing leases. First, the Ranch’s obstruction of my access to inspect state trust land. Second, a written misrepresentation by Cypress that does not comply with State Land Office leasing requirements. And finally, the attorney general has concluded that Cypress may have obtained the leases through illegitimate means for purposes other than ranching or agriculture,” Garcia Richard said. Pursuant to Land Office statutes and rules, the notice triggers a 30-day time period before cancellation becomes effective on October 4, 2019...“Based on the materials provided, there appears to be no documentation reflecting that Epstein’s holding company, Cypress Inc., is primarily or otherwise in the business of ranching or animal husbandry; however, the original lease specifically stated that the land would be used for grazing,” Balderas wrote in his letter obtained by InsideSources. “Your predecessor at the SLO should not have entered into these lease agreements. What's next for Epstein's Zorro Ranch, where accusers say they were raped and trafficked

Jeffrey Epstein's massive 21,000-square-foot New Mexico mansion sits high on a mesa overlooking nearly 10,000 acres of desert land halfway between Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Multiple women say they were recruited and sexually abused by the convicted pedophile and his alleged co-conspirators at Zorro Ranch, which they say was integral to Epstein's alleged sex trafficking operation. Several of Epstein's accusers say they were trafficked and raped on the ranch. It is also where Epstein, according to the New York Times, confided to scientists that "he hoped to seed the human race with his DNA by impregnating women at his vast New Mexico ranch." Zorro Ranch, which includes a firehouse, log cabin, guest house, pool, airstrip, antique railroad car and train tracks, is part private, part public land. But New Mexico state officials say Epstein was so secretive about the ranch that they have virtually no access and little knowledge about what happens on the public portions. The property appears to have been designed to create as much privacy as possible. The sprawling compound is tightly guarded with surveillance cameras, well-secured gates and fencing and employees who, despite requests, remain tight-lipped and appear to avoid interaction with any potential visitors. That recently included New Mexico Land Commissioner Stephanie Garcia Richard when she made an unannounced visit to the property after her office's requests to schedule a visit went unreturned. The state Land Commission has two land-lease contracts with Zorro Ranch; 1,200 acres of state property lie within Epstein's 10,000 acres of property. That public land is leased by Zorro Ranch, a cause for concern for Garcia Richard who insists the state should not be in business with a convicted pedophile.

Land-lease agreements are a common practice among states for the purposes of encouraging agriculture and ranching. But Garcia Richard recently told CBS News that Epstein's property does not operate as a "typical" ranch, a sentiment echoed by his accusers. The land-lease agreement includes access, which means occasional visits by Land Commission staff to the public property. But the Land Commission said, while this is usually an easy process with their other state land-lessees, it was never as simple when dealing with Zorro Ranch, which appeared to control the terms of any visits by state officials. The public property on Zorro Ranch is surrounded by Epstein's private property and can only be accessed by trekking through the private lands. Garcia Richard told CBS News that ranch staff would require advanced notice of any visits and would escort and tightly monitor officials while on the property. When Epstein purchased Zorro Ranch through his Cypress Inc. holding company in 1993, he acquired the land-lease contracts as part of the sale. When Garcia Richard became land commissioner this year, she inherited oversight of those contracts. Disturbed by allegations of crimes that may have been committed on the ranch, Garcia Richard told CBS News she has been trying to find the legal ground to rip up those contracts ever since.

On Thursday, New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas said he concluded that the state has the legal authority to retake the 1,200 acres of state land on Zorro Ranch associated with the land-lease contracts. Two days before the case was dismissed, Epstein's accusers gave emotional accounts of sexual abuse and torment in what would be a final hearing. One woman, identified as one of the multiple "Jane Does" who spoke that day, recounted being flown to Zorro Ranch for the first time in 2004 when she was 15 years old. She said, upon arriving, the sexual abuse began and continued "for hours" as Epstein took her virginity. Virginia Roberts Giuffre, another Epstein accuser, claimed in a lawsuit that was ultimately settled that she was trafficked to the ranch as an underage sex-slave. A recently unsealed 2016 deposition references Prince Andrew, former U.S. Senator George Mitchell, high-powered attorney Alan Dershowitz and former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson as men she was "directed" to have sex with. Giuffre's legal team told CBS News she was trafficked and lent out for sex on Zorro Ranch. All the men have denied the allegations. The land commission told CBS News it plans to officially terminate the contracts next week, but acknowledges a complicated road may lie ahead. The office tells CBS News it plans to develop creative solutions to access the land, given that state land is surrounded by private land and that ranch employees have been unwilling to give land commission access. If there’s a secret, New Mexico will try to keep it. The Land of Enchantment has gotten a lot of practice over the years, well before the now-late Jeffrey Epstein purchased the Zorro Ranch south of Santa Fe. The world’s first nuclear weapon, code name “Gadget,” was detonated in New Mexico on June 18, 1945. Tourists can now visit the Trinity Site on the U.S. Army’s White Sands Missile Range to view the epicenter of a highly secret government conspiracy involving top physicists called the Manhattan Project. Trinity is a 111-mile straight line from Zorro Ranch. Consider what lies within this way: Find a map. Make Epstein’s New Mexico operation the center. Put the Trinity site at the edge of its radius. What else is secret and radioactive and inside that circle? Did New Mexico’s other secrets throw off enough chaff to keep Epstein off the radar?
Last month, I went to New Mexico to see what secrets I could find within the circle. Santa Fe, 23 miles away from Zorro as the crow flies, is the oldest colonial capital city in North America, one with a twisted history. The historic center of this small city in the foothills of the Sangre De Cristo Mountains is the Plaza, an open-air park with a Haagen-Dazs at one corner. This was once a drugstore, Zook’s Pharmacy, that doubled as a base for Russian espionage; in between filling prescriptions and ringing up customers, deep cover Stalinist spies here plotted the death of Leon Trotsky and later coordinated efforts to steal the secrets of the atomic bomb from Los Alamos (distance from Zorro Ranch: 50 miles).
There are dozens of other strange things in that circle. There’s the Armand Hammer United World College of the American West, a selective international boarding school in Montezuma founded by Armand Hammer and Prince Charles, originally a resort hotel built on a hot springs sacred to the Jicarilla Apache, the previous inhabitants of the Sangre De Cristos. Bill Richardson—who in recently unsealed court records was named by accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre as a participant in Epstein’s illegal sexual abuse ring—claimed to be a lecturer at the United World College in 2001–2002, between his stints as Bill Clinton’s secretary of energy and New Mexico’s governor...
There are also the sites where the Catholic Church hid pedophile priests in local parishes, until a tsunami of lawsuits from victims forced New Mexico’s largest diocese to file for bankruptcy last June...

...On February 22, 1993, as Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You” topped the domestic charts, the New Mexico State Land Office granted an agricultural land lease near the unincorporated community of Stanley to the Zorro Trust. The trust was a shell company for Jeffrey Epstein, whose address of record at that time was 457 Madison Avenue (which today also houses the headquarters of the Trunk Club personal-shopping service). On that same day, the Zorro Trust completed a purchase of lands owned by members of the King family, a powerful New Mexico agricultural and political dynasty. Zorro’s deal included rights to the Kings’ leases on public lands, a total of 1,159 acres rented for $872.22 a year. The largest private landowners in New Mexico are either outside billionaires or family dynasties.
