We honor crooks in positions of public trust so what is the difference in honoring a murderer. Bill Richardson is simply looking for companionship in his next life.

Ole Bill just wants his name in the history books as the person who pardoned Billy the Kid.
What a waste of book space! Billy the Kid was an outright murderer, Billy the Governor was an outright crook. They both ride in the same gang.
