Plus a few items on western history, western literature and the sport of rodeo... Frank DuBois served as the NM Secretary of Agriculture from 1988 to 2003. DuBois is a former legislative assistant to a U.S. Senator, a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Interior, and is the founder of the DuBois Rodeo Scholarship.

Will Bill pardon the Kid?

As Governor Bill Richardson mulls over a possible pardon for Billy the Kid during his last four days in office, KOB discovers that hundreds of residents have already weighed in on the issue. What a waste of book space! Billy the Kid was an outright murderer, Billy the Governor was an outright crook. They both ride in the same gang.; 6:31 AM
