Do we need federal involvement in commemorating the Civil War?
No, no, no says Danny Tyree in this hilarious column. He says we're too busy meddling in other folks civil wars to commemorate our own. Besides, the feds would prevent federal re-enactors from raiding hen houses unless the farmer had posted detailed nutritional data on the barn door.
