DuBois is a former legislative assistant to a U.S. Senator, a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Interior, and is the founder of the DuBois Rodeo Scholarship.

4-H cancels another event planned at Expo New Mexico
Another 4-H event planned for Expo New Mexico has been canceled. The
Northern Regional LIvestock School was scheduled to take place next
month at Expo New Mexico, but NMSU sent a letter to parents last week
saying it was canceled and would not be rescheduled. That's because the
state will be using the dorms to house asylum seekers entering the U.S. Last week, KRQE News 13 also reported on a 4-H horse school being moved last minute to Las Cruces for the same reasons. Right now, the facilities are not being used. KRQE

That is truly sad. Those 4-H kids work so hard on their projects all year and to have it cancelled for that reason is sad all the way around. We need to take care of our own population.....
