A "Yellowstone" cowboy is in Jackson for the Dixie National Rodeo. But this is not the first time Forrie Smith has been here.
Smith, who plays Lloyd in the popular TV series, signed autographs and met with fans Thursday inside the Mississippi Coliseum. Fans who follow the show may have already guessed that Smith is a cowboy in real-life
"I came to this rodeo once back in the mid-80s when I was rodeoing. Drove in and drove out. I didn't realize how much of a farming community — didn't realize how important Mississippi was until I got here," Smith said.
Smith will sign autographs beginning at 5 p.m. Friday at the Coliseum. The rodeo ends Sunday. LINK
